Sewer pipelines in residential areas and private roads (substandard roads and location designated roads are also private roads) are basically treated as drainage facilities and are personal property.

As there are no materials in principle at the Bureau of Sewerage, please ask the owner or user (people on the roadside) to confirm (the owner or user manages the drainage facilities, storage of drawings, repair in case of breakage, etc.)
